These terms are an agreement between you and Mongoose Athanor LLC, a Montana limited liability company doing business as Aduro Enterprise ("Aduro," "we," "us"). By using the Aduro Suite you agree to them.
The suite provides connected business tools (CRM, leads, outreach, documents, invoicing, client portal, content, listening, landing pages, chatbots and KPIs) and an AI agent, Mongoose, that can act in your workspace when you ask it to. We may improve or change features over time.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the data you enter. Keep access to your email secure, since it is how you sign in.
Don't use the suite to send spam, store data you have no right to use, deceive anyone, or try to reach other workspaces' data. AI use has fair-use limits (daily caps) so the service stays reliable for everyone.
AI output (drafts, proposals, outreach, summaries) is a starting point, not legal, tax or financial advice; review it before you rely on it or send it. Mongoose only changes records in your workspace; it does not send messages, take payments or delete data on its own. You remain responsible for what you send to your clients.
Paid plans bill monthly as shown at checkout, through Stripe. You can cancel any time in Billing; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
You own what you put in your workspace. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service for you (store, process and show it to you and the people you share it with). You can delete your account and its data at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and both parties consent to that venue.
