The Aduro Suite ("Aduro," "we," "us") at app.aduroenterprise.com is operated by Mongoose Athanor LLC, a Montana limited liability company, on the same platform as its sister product Ridgeline. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account data: your email address (and name, if you give one) when you sign in. Workspace data: what you and your team enter in the suite: contacts, leads, notes, documents, invoices, projects, content, pages, chatbot settings and KPIs. Billing data: handled by Stripe; we keep your plan status and Stripe customer reference, never your card number. Technical data: IP address and device type, for security and rate limiting.
Only to run the suite for you: storing and showing your workspace, sending your sign-in emails, and powering the AI features. When you use Mongoose or an AI feature, the relevant request and the workspace records it needs are processed by our AI platform, Mongoose (mongooselabs.app), and the model providers it routes to, only to produce the answer. Mongoose does not keep a memory of your conversations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
If you store details about your own clients or leads, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. They can ask you, or us, to have their details removed.
Data is stored with Cloudflare, isolated per workspace and enforced on the server. Sign-in uses one-time email links and secure, HTTP-only cookies. Your browser keeps a working copy of your workspace for speed; it is cleared when a different account signs in or you sign out.
Your data is kept while your account is open. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from the suite home ("Delete account"); if you have a paid plan, cancel it in Billing first.
